縦横無尽 - movement cost for all terrain types becomes 1 pt.
移動拡大 - move +1
闘争本能 - +3 morale at the start of the mission
正確無比 - accuracy goes 5% up (for one skill level, i suppose, description seems a bit unclear at that to me)
電工石化 - evasion goes 5% up

背水の陣 - chance to deal 120% damage to the enemy, though your defence drops to 80% when he counterattacks? (activates when attack connects, chance increases with skill level?)
底力 - when your unit's HP is less than 1/4, all of its attacks become criticals
剛腕 - increases a chance of a critical for melee-type attacks by 5% (skill level affects activation chance?)
幻影 - chance to completely nullify ranged-type attack
百発百中 - chance for an attack to sure-hit an enemy for 80% of normal damage (activates when enemy should dodge the attack, skill level affects activation rate)
射撃延長 - ranged-type weapons attack range +1
名手 - increases a chance of a critical for ranged-type attacks by 5% (skill level affects activation rate)

武運長久 - EXP gained from battles goes 10%up (more on next skill levels)
援護攻撃 - enables one support attack for one map (number of attacks goes up with skill level)
