>Go to Library
>Right Click Dota 2
>Properties
>Set Launch Options
(-console -nod3d9ex -novid -high -dxlevel 81)
console = to enable console
nod3d9ex = to run in dota 2 in D9
novid = VALVe intro will be disabled
high = puts your Dota 2 to high-settings
dxlevel 81 = level of your dx (8.1 is suggested with low end specs)
3. Dota 2 Settings
>Turn off V-SYNC
>Lower your resolution (if 1366x768~ lower it to 1280x720)
>Play in windowed or borderless window
>Turn Off Specular Bloom and Ambient Occlusion
4. Console
>There are a lot of console settings.
>Press "~" default setting for console.
>"net_graph 4" (to check your pings/fps/drops/etc...)
>"fps_max 120" (I go fps_max 200)
>There are a lot of console settings u should have to look.
4. Computer Settings
>Start Up Dota 2
>Alt+Ctrl+Del
>>Process
>>>Find Dota 2 exe
>>>Set Priority - HIGH
5. Restart Steam and Computer.
6. Relog and it should be good.
