-not really heaven, but it would describe it the closest. Madoka no longer 'exists' and has a short inspiration created by her own existance and memory
-the returning of the notebook was symbolic for being ready for her wish to be realized
++scene with Sayaka
-Madoka apologizes to Sayaka for not saving her, because that would mean that the violin guy would still be handicapped
-Sayaka accepts the fate, finalizes it, and the scene is "rewritten" so that the violin guy is now a professional instead of being handicapped
-him whispering Sayaka's name doesn't mean anything knew. he just felt her as Sayaka's desired "saved" him
++Tatsuya drawing Madoka
-just one of those "youngest person who can't talk remembers the person that disappeared" syndrome. Madoka effectively disappeared, but Tatsuya still remembers her
-Homura is NOT Madoka
-Mother doesn't remember Madoka, but tells Homura some bittersweet cliches like "if I had a daughter," etc
++Sayaka witch fight
-Right after Sayaka accepted her "death", her witch form simply disappeared in the anime's original timeline. And by this time now, Madoka did not exist. Homura at this time is fully aware of everything that happened in ep 12, but this is still the original ep 7-8 timeline
++The New Enemy
-QB called it "magic aliens" or something of the sort. could mean something else, but that's what the kanji suggests. No other information about these enemies are given, other than the fact that they're the current witches, that did not form from previous mahou shoujos
++Homura's bow
-She does not possess Madoka's soul gem, nor is Madoka's soul inside Homura. it's just further portraying that Madoka's closest to her, and confirming what Madoka saying about she'll help anyone in need and fight the bad guys

-he's not a bad guy. he never was, he never will be. stop antagonizing him
++The Final Scene with Homura's witch-like wings and Madoka's whisper
-further in the future, Homura's just a bit tired and Madoka reassures her again. nothing special at all
